Seven Grain Mix
Hearty and satisfying with a pleasant, nutty flavor, our 7-Grain Blend consists of long grain brown rice, wheat berries, spelt, bulgur, farro, buckwheat groats and pearled barley. The grains have been matched to cook evenly and easily.

Basic Prep
In a saucepan set over high heat, combine 1 cup 7-Grain Blend with 2 cups water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer until all liquid has been absorbed and the grains are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before removing lid. Fluff with a fork and serve.
 
Suggested Uses
  • Substitute for rice in pilaf for a more interesting flavor and texture, as well as extra fiber
  • Add to fresh vegetables and toss with dressing for a satisfying salad
  • Add to soups
  • Bake in stuffing and casseroles
  • Serve hot with milk and maple syrup for breakfast

    Since our products are food items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event that your order does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us at:   info@naturesmills.com with your order number and any additional details and photographs.

    All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Seven Grains Oat Shelf life

    Our Seven Grains Oat product have a 24-months shelf life. We do not recommend sell or consumption of this product beyond the products' best-buy date (shelf life). It may not make you sick. It will be stale and not have a fresh taste.
