Basic Prep
Place 1 cup of rice and 1-3/4 cups of water in pot with lid. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Season as desired and fluff with fork before serving.

Pair with lamb, pork or fish
Use in paella, rice salads or unique Mediterranean-inspired side dishes
Use as stuffing or blend with cooked, toasted orzo and nuts for a delicious pilaf
