Description
  • Our Red Curry (Rogan Josh Curry Powder) captures the warm, mildly spicy flavor of the popular signature dish of Kashmir, India—rogan josh.
  • To create this richly spiced dish, the meat is first cooked at a high heat with oil or ghee before being simmered with an array of fragrant spices, including black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, coriander, ginger, and, most importantly, Kashmiri chile powder.
  • Best known for its use in rogan josh, Kashmiri chile powder is the key to giving this traditional dish its mild, delicate heat and deep red hue.
  • Use our Red Curry Powder to create classic cusine dish with lamb, goat, or beef, or use it on its own as a unique seasoning for soups, stews, dips, and more.

    All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Seasoning, Spice & Rub Shelf life

    Our seasoning has a 2-year shelf life. While out of date seasoning won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or using it beyound the products' best buy date (shelf life). It will be stale and lack freshness.
