Nine Grain Mix
Hearty and satisfying with a pleasant, nutty flavor, our 9-Grain Blend consists of Wheat Berries, Brown Basmati Rice, White Basmati Rice, Pearled Barley, Rye Berries, Spelt, Bulgur, Buckwheat Groats and Kasha.
 
Bring 2 cups of water or stock to boil. Add 1 cup 9-Grain Blend. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 40 minutes until tender. Let stand 10 minutes before removing lid. Fluff with a fork and serve.
