Suggested Uses
- Sauté with butter and vegetables for a simple side
- Whip into mayonnaise, aioli or sour cream for a quick dip for vegetables, chips or pretzels
- Add to seasoning mixes and rubs for meat, seafood and poultry
- Add to sauces, marinades and salad dressings, which will rehydrate the garlic bits
- Add to creamy sauces and rich, creamy dishes like mashed potatoes
Description
The crop does well in loose soil with plenty of sun, but will also thrive in many types of soil condition and PH levels.

While the garlic bulb is the portion of the plant most commonly cooked with, the leaves and flowers are also edible. The green stem (sometimes called a garlic scape, spear, or top) of the immature version is also edible and is often described as having the shape of green onions with the distinct flavor of garlic.
There are multiple common varieties of this popular cooking ingredient, including Porcelains, Rocamboles, Purple Stripes and Artichoke garlic. They vary in size, color, yield and flavor intensity.

Garlic (Allium sativum), a pungent and flavorful member of the lily family, has been a cornerstone of worldwide cuisines for centuries due to its prominent taste and aroma and for its ability to accent and amplify other flavors.
As a dry ingredient, Dried Minced Organic Garlic can be used in place of fresh garlic. An added benefit is that it will not leave the strong odor associated with its fresh counterpart upon cooking surfaces and hands. It will, however, impart the same intense flavor you expect from fresh garlic. Dried Minced Garlic can be used as-is, or by rehydrating with water to restore its original volume.

UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).
LTL Freight Shipments
Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.
Seasoning, Spice & Rub Shelf life
Our seasoning has a 2-3year shelf life. While out of date seasoning won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or using it beyound the products' best buy date (shelf life). It will be stale and lack freshness.
