Our Organic Heritage Medley is a hearty combination of white rice, lentils, and millet, seasoned with a savory blend of kibbled mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and aromatic herbs and spices.

Basic Prep
Combine 1 cup Heritage Medley with 2 cups stock or water and 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving.
 
Suggested Uses
  • Serve with veal, poultry or other white meat. 
  • Use as a base for sautéed or grilled fish
  • Pair with soup or salad for a simple, vegetarian-friendly meal

    All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Rice Shelf life

    Our rice products have a 24-months shelf life. We do not recommend selling or eating product beyond the products' best-buy date (shelf life) for sell or consumption. It may not make you sick. It may be stale and lack freshness.
