Butternut Squash Pieces
These Butternut Squash Pieces are made from fresh butternut squash that has been trimmed, blanched, diced and dried for easy use. Use as is, no preparation required. To rehydrate: combine 2 parts Butternut Squash Pieces to 1 part water.

- Approximately 1/4-inch dice
- Flavor similar to sweet potato or pumpkin
- Naturally low in fat and sodium, as well as being a good source of fiber along with vitamins A & C

Description
Butternut Squash is a member of the Cucurbitaceae or gourd family, along with pumpkins, watermelon and cucumbers. It has a tan to light yellow skin and a rich orange flesh that is most often either roasted or boiled and tastes similar to pumpkin or sweet potato.
Butternut is now the most popular among the winter squash varieties, although it was not commonly eaten until the 19th century.
Butternut squash is naturally low in fat and sodium, as well as being a good source of fiber and vitamins A and C.

All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.
UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).
LTL Freight Shipments
Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.
Seasoning, Spice & Rub Shelf life
Our seasoning has a 2-3year shelf life. While out of date seasoning won’t make you sick, we do not recommend selling or using it beyound the products' best buy date (shelf life). It will be stale and lack freshness.
