Basic Prep
Add 1 cup rinsed rice and 2 1/4 cups unsalted water to pot. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Let stand five minutes, then fluff with fork.
 
Suggested Uses
  • Use in side dishes, soups, pilafs
  • Healthy component to soups, stews and salads
  • Works well in casseroles, fried rice or as a side dish
  • Pairs remarkably well with steamed vegetables, grilled fish and poultry

  • Our Auburn Blend combines gorgeous Himalayan red rice and nutrient-rich brown rice. The complimentary red and brown grains blend together for an appetite-appealing look, while the brown rice adds a healthy ingredient.
  • Similar cook times create a deeply aromatic, attractive and delicious blend. Whole Grains are healthier because their bran and germ layers have been left in tact, providing fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.

    All UPS Order shipments of Nature’s Mills products must be informed of any and all product damages and/or shortages within 3 days of receiving product to receive credit. Please take photos of all damage as reported.

    UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to approving claims. Please hold damaged goods for at least 3-5 days after reporting to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY).

    LTL Freight Shipments

    Please inspect your LTL shipments upon receipt. Any missing or damaged product must be listed on the BOL before signing with the driver. This must be reported to Nature’s Mills (The KEELEN COMPANY) immediately but no later than 3 days after receiving merchandise; otherwise credit / replacement will not be given.

    Rice Shelf life

    Our rice products have a 24-months shelf life. We do not recommend selling or eating product beyond the products' best-buy date (shelf life) for sell or consumption. It may not make you sick. It may be stale and lack freshness.
