Our Ancient Grain Blend is a hearty and nourishing combination of farro, freekeh, grano, red rice, rye berries and wheat berries specially selected to cook evenly while offering a harmonious mix of tastes and textures.

Basic Prep
Bring 3 cups water or stock to a boil. Add 1 cup Ancient Grain Blend and return to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until grains are tender.
 
Suggested Uses
Mix into soups and salads
Toss with sautéed vegetables and sauce or seasoning for a vegetarian main dish
Serve alongside chicken, beef and other meats
Add nuts and raisins for a healthy hot breakfast cereal
